To check in, simply follow the check-in link we’ll send you 48 hours before your arrival date. The process requires uploading a photo of your ID, a selfie, and a $100 security deposit, which will be released upon check-out. You can also use the link to purchase parking and request early check-in.

Yes, Our pool available for guests to enjoy a refreshing swim. The pool hours are from 6am to 10pm.
What is your pet / service animal policy?
At our hotel, we only accept ADA service animals. We have a strict policy that restricts pets other than certified service animals. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
We are a non smoking property. Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted in rooms or common areas, or on balconies. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Do you offer a Military or AAA discount?

We kindly inform you that we do not accept cash for security deposits or room charges. Only credit or debit cards are accepted as payment methods. Do I have to arrive by 4PM?
The check-in process must be completed ONLINE, not in person, by 4 PM. You do not need to physically arrive at the hotel by 4 PM. Instead, you will receive your online check-in link via text and email 48 hours before your arrival.
Once you’ve completed the online check-in, you will receive your digital key by 4 PM on the day of your reservation. Feel free to arrive at any time after that. If you wish to arrive early, you can purchase a 1 PM early check-in through the link provided.

How old do you have to be to check in?

Why do you require a scan of my ID and picture of myself?

What's the latest I can check in?

How do I check out?
To check out, simply scan the check-out QR code located in your room by the designated check-out time. Once done, your security deposit will be released after your room is cleaned, and you will receive a final folio via email. What's the latest I can check out?
Our standard check-out time is at 11 AM. However, we offer a 1 PM late check-out option for a fee of $20. On the day of check-out, you will receive an auto text at 9 AM, reminding you of check out time and offering the late check out option. If you reply Yes, your room key will be extended until 1 PM, and the $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. You may always contact our Virtual Concierge at any time to add this to your reservation. Enjoy the extra time for a more relaxed check-out process.
Can you put flowers, champagne, or balloons in the room?
While we are unable to order or place items in your room, you are welcome to have items delivered directly to your room after your arrival. There are numerous local florists and delivery services available for your convenience. If you’d like a specific recommendation, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I have a package delivered and held for me upon arrival?
